Beta Participation & Safety Acknowledgment

Version 1.0Effective September 21, 2026

One More Day is still being built. This notice explains what that means for you, and the limits of what One More Day can do. It's meant to help you use One More Day well and safely.

What "beta" means

  • One More Day is still evolving. Features may change, move or be removed.
  • You may run into bugs, errors or times when the app is slow or unavailable. We can't promise it will always be available.
  • Your feedback helps us fix things and decide what to build next.

What One More Day is, and isn't

One More Day is a peer-support space: somewhere to check in with yourself, write, read stories from people who get it, and find support.

  • It isn't therapy and doesn't replace a counselor, therapist or doctor.
  • It isn't a medical provider and doesn't diagnose or treat any condition.
  • It isn't an emergency or crisis service. No one at One More Day is watching in real time.

Suggestions and stories

  • Suggestions are ideas, not instructions. After a check-in, you may see a few small suggestions. They're general, they can't know your whole situation, and they aren't a diagnosis or treatment. Skip anything that doesn't feel right or safe.
  • Stories come from other members. They share their own experiences, which may not be accurate or right for you.

Safety systems aren't perfect

One More Day uses automated checks: to show crisis resources when something you write sounds like you might be in crisis, and to filter harmful content from Stories and comments. These checks can miss things, and they can sometimes flag things by mistake. Please don't rely on them to notice that you need help.

Please don't rely on One More Day alone

One More Day works best as one part of your support, alongside people you trust and professional help when you need it.

If you need help now

You don't have to wait, and you don't need an account:

  • In the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
  • Text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).
  • If you're in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
  • Find more verified resources at Get support.
