Terms of Service

Version 2.0Effective September 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules for using One More Day. Please read them. They explain what One More Day is and isn't, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. We've tried to write them in plain language, without tricks.

Important safety information

One More Day is peer support. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a crisis service or an emergency service. Nothing in One More Day is medical, psychological or other professional advice, and using One More Day doesn't create a relationship with a therapist, doctor or other professional.

Nobody is watching over your shoulder. No one at One More Day reads your private writing as you write it, and no one is standing by to answer if you're in danger. Automated checks may show you crisis resources when something you write sounds like you might be in crisis. Those checks are software, not a person checking on you, and they can miss things.

If you are in danger or thinking about ending your life, get help now. In the U.S., call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or call 911. Outside the U.S., contact your local emergency number.

Support and crisis resources are at Get support any time. You never need an account, and you never have to pay, to reach them.

One More Day should never be your only source of support.

1. About these Terms

Who operates One More Day. One More Day is currently operated by Ra'Mar Wilson, an individual. It is not currently a separate company, corporation, LLC, nonprofit or other legal entity. In these Terms, "One More Day," "we," "us" and "our" mean the operator of One More Day. One More Day is operated from the United States.

How to reach us. Email onemoredayapp@gmail.com for anything: these Terms, your account, an order, your privacy, or a problem you've run into. That is our contact address for everything. We don't publish a mailing address.

These Terms apply to the One More Day app, our website, the One More Day Shop and anything else we offer that links to these Terms (together, "the Services").

You accept these Terms by checking the box that says "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" when you create an account, or when we ask you to accept a new version. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, and our Beta Participation & Safety Acknowledgment explains what it means that One More Day is still being built. Those two documents are not part of these Terms and don't add obligations to them. You read and acknowledge each one separately, and each says what it means on its own.

2. Who can use One More Day

One More Day is for people 13 and older. If you are under 13, please don't create an account or use the app. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete the information. Anyone, at any age, can still reach the crisis resources at Get support.

If you're a teenager. These Terms apply to the extent permitted by law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, some provisions may apply differently to you. You're welcome to read these Terms with a parent, guardian or another adult you trust. We don't require that, and we don't ask any adult to sign off on your behalf.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up, including your date of birth.
  • Keep your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
  • Your account is for you alone. Don't share it, and don't use someone else's.
  • You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google (and Apple where available).
  • If you think someone else has got into your account, email onemoredayapp@gmail.com.

4. What One More Day offers

The app includes:

  • Daily Check-ins. A quick note to yourself about how you're doing: a mood, some feeling tags and, if you want, a few words.
  • Suggestions. After a check-in you may see a few small ideas to try.
  • The Journal. Private writing, with optional prompts, kept to your account.
  • Reasons to Stay. Your own list of reasons to keep going, kept to your account.
  • Stories, comments and reactions. Writing shared with other members, without your name attached.
  • The OMD Button. One tap for a lift: a quote, a breathing moment, or one of your own reasons to keep going.
  • Badges and cosmetic items. Small bits of recognition and self-expression.
  • Support resources. Verified crisis and support lines, always reachable.

We also run Events, a directory of chapters and campus clubs, and the One More Day Shop. Those are covered in their own sections below.

Any of this may change, pause or end, especially while One More Day is in beta.

5. Support is free. Always.

No support feature will ever be behind a paywall. Check-ins, the Journal, Stories, comments, reactions, Reasons to Stay, the OMD Button, suggestions, crisis resources and support notifications are free.

Anything we sell is for self-expression: clothing, and cosmetic extras in the app. Paying never unlocks, improves, speeds up or expands the support you get, and it never makes anything in the app grow faster. Money can buy expression. Money cannot buy better support.

6. Your private writing

Your Journal, your check-ins and your Reasons to Stay are private to your account. They aren't shown to other members, and they aren't published anywhere.

No one at One More Day monitors them in real time. Automated checks may look for wording that suggests a crisis so the app can offer you resources in the moment. Please don't rely on that to notice when you need help, and please reach out to a person when you do.

Our Privacy Policy explains exactly where this writing is stored, who can reach it and how long it's kept.

7. Suggestions are ideas, not advice

Suggestions are general ideas, chosen from simple signals like the mood you picked. They aren't a diagnosis, a treatment plan or professional advice, and they can't know your whole situation. Do only what feels right and safe for you, and skip anything that doesn't.

8. Stories, comments and reactions

Stories, comments and reactions ("Community Content") are shared with other members. Other members don't see your name next to your stories or comments.

  • It's public to members. Once you post, other people can read it, remember it, screenshot it or repeat it elsewhere. Please don't post anything you'd be hurt to see leave the app.
  • Protect yourself and others. Don't share details that could identify you or anyone else, such as full names, addresses, schools, workplaces or phone numbers.
  • You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and adapt it (for example, to fit a screen) as needed to run the Services. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we have to keep for legal or safety reasons, or that sit in backups for a short time.
  • Other members' posts aren't verified. They're personal experiences and opinions, not advice, and they may be wrong.
  • Moderation. Stories and comments go through automated checks before they appear, and we may review, limit or remove content and accounts. No system catches everything, so please don't assume that anything you read has been approved. If something worries you, email onemoredayapp@gmail.com.

9. Rules for using One More Day

Don't use the Services to:

  • harass, bully, threaten, shame or intimidate anyone;
  • post hate speech or content that demeans people for who they are;
  • encourage, instruct or glorify suicide, self-harm or disordered eating, or share methods;
  • post sexual content, and never anything that sexualizes a minor;
  • contact, pressure or groom anyone, especially minors;
  • share someone else's private information, or pretend to be someone else;
  • break the law, or help anyone else break it;
  • advertise, spam or sell things;
  • get around our age requirement, our moderation, our security or any other protection; or
  • scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the Services.

10. Moderation, suspension and ending your account

We may remove content, or limit, suspend or close an account, if it breaks these rules, puts someone at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why.

You can stop using One More Day whenever you like, and you can delete your account yourself in Settings. Deleting your account removes your writing as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may also change or stop offering any part of the Services. If you need it, support and crisis resources stay at Get support with no account at all.

Sections that by their nature should carry on (ownership, disclaimers and limits on our liability) carry on after your use ends.

11. Prompt ideas you send us

If you send us an idea for a Journal prompt, you let us use, edit and publish it, or not use it at all, without paying you or naming you. A person reviews every submission before it could ever appear, and most won't be used.

12. Badges and cosmetic items

Badges, themes and other cosmetic items are recognition and self-expression. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and may change or be retired. A badge never changes the support you can reach, and nothing you earn or buy speeds anything up.

13. Events

We sometimes run or take part in events: pickup basketball, runs and walks, campus and community events, fundraisers, and events with partners. They're listed at Events.

  • Events are public information. You don't need an account to see them, and we don't sell tickets or take payment for them.
  • Some events have a sign-up link run by someone else. That link, and whatever it asks you for, belongs to them and follows their rules.
  • We don't keep a list of who came to an event.
  • Details can change, and an event can be moved or cancelled. Check the page before you travel.
  • Real-world events carry real-world risks. Follow whoever is hosting, follow the rules of the place you're in, and look after yourself. If an event is run by a partner, or held somewhere we don't own, they're responsible for what happens there.

14. Chapters and campus clubs

Community is a directory: a list of campus clubs, community chapters and partner organizations, with contact details for the group. It is a directory, not a social feature and not part of support.

  • Each group runs itself. We don't control what a group does, and we're not responsible for it.
  • Contacting a group is between you and that group, under their terms and their privacy practices.
  • Being listed doesn't make a group part of One More Day, and no group may present itself as therapy, medical care or a crisis service.
  • We may add, pause or remove a listing at any time.

15. The One More Day Shop and STAYED.

Buying. Payment is handled by Stripe, and products are made and shipped by Printful. You don't need a One More Day account to browse, to see prices, to buy or to get your order, and buying doesn't create one. Shipping is available to selected countries. Prices, shipping and any taxes are shown before you pay.

Everything is made to order. Each item is printed for you after you order it, so there's no shelf of stock to send it back to. That means we don't offer routine returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, the wrong size or the wrong color. Please double-check your size and color before you order.

If something is wrong with your order, tell us. If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, email onemoredayapp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. If a package is lost, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may need photos and your order information to sort it out. When a problem is eligible, One More Day will work with Printful on a replacement or a refund. None of this limits any rights you have under the law that applies to you.

What a purchase does and doesn't do. Purchases help cover the costs of running One More Day. A purchase may let you claim a cosmetic badge if you have an account and want to, and claiming is entirely optional. A purchase never unlocks, improves or speeds up support, and any badge that comes with one has no cash value.

16. Contributions

You can contribute to One More Day through Ko-fi. Contributions are voluntary, and they are not tax-deductible charitable donations. One More Day is not a charity. Ko-fi handles contributions under its own terms. Contributing doesn't come with perks unless we clearly say so, and it never changes the support you get.

17. One More Day is in beta

One More Day is still being built. Features may change, move or be removed. You may run into bugs, errors, or times when the app is slow or unavailable, and we can't promise it will always be there. Our Beta Participation & Safety Acknowledgment says more about this.

18. Our content and our names

The Services, including our text, designs, prompts, suggestions and software, belong to One More Day or to the people we license them from. "One More Day" and "STAYED." are our names and brands. You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy them, sell them or build other products from them without our written permission.

The Services link to organizations and companies we don't operate, including 988, Crisis Text Line, Google, Apple, Stripe, Printful and Ko-fi, and to event and chapter pages other people run. They have their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we're not responsible for them.

20. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We can't promise that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that any content is accurate, or that using One More Day will lead to any particular result for your wellbeing. No online service can be made completely secure, and we don't claim ours is. Automated safety and moderation checks can miss things and can flag things by mistake, so please don't rely on them to notice that you need help.

Some places don't allow some of these disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

21. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, One More Day isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from the Services.

This doesn't apply to anything we do dishonestly, recklessly or fraudulently, to death or physical harm caused by our negligence, or to anything else the law doesn't let us limit. These Terms don't put a fixed cap on our liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have, or any liability we have, that the law does not allow to be limited.

22. If something goes wrong between us

Please talk to us first. Email onemoredayapp@gmail.com and tell us what happened. Most things get sorted out quickly and informally, and we'll try in good faith to work it out with you within 60 days.

Talking to us first is something we're asking for, not a condition. These Terms don't choose a particular state's law or a particular court for you, and they don't ask you to give up any legal option you have, including going to court.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version has a version number and an effective date. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app and, where it's required, ask you to accept the new version before you carry on using the app. Crisis resources are never blocked while you decide.

24. General

  • If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce part of these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganization or sale, and we'll tell you if that happens.
  • These Terms are the whole agreement between you and One More Day about using the Services.

25. Contact
